At Pink Dynamite, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

 

 

 

Order Processing

 

 

All orders are processed after payment is received. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

 

 

 

Custom & Raw Units

 

 

All wigs, including raw and customized units, are made and/or prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are considered final.

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Please include:

 

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

 

 

We will review and determine if a replacement is appropriate.

 

 

 

Shipping

 

 

Pink Dynamite is not responsible for:

 

  • lost packages

  • delayed shipments

  • carrier issues once the package has been shipped

 

 

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery concerns.

 

 

 

Chargebacks

 

 

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered fraud. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with proof of purchase and delivery.
